In-House Design
Producing a good result starts with knowledge of how the embroidery process works and how that can be applied to a customer’s identity. Using leading graphics packages and the best embroidery software in the business, we take a design and from it create an embroidery file that will run successfully on our Tajima machines.
We plan, create, sample, and run everything here and regularly work with very demanding designs and challenging brand guidelines to achieve an excellent finished product.
Embroidery Production
The only way to truly control quality and lead times is to have your own production facility and we do. Once we have sampled and approved your design we use one of our Tajima embroidery machines to run the job. We only allow fully trained staff to work on your design and they use a combination of techniques, hooping methods, and stabilisers to make sure of a first-class result.

Printing
Ongoing investment in the printing side of our business allows us to offer a comprehensive range of screen printing, hot press vinyl, and digital printing processes. We are T-shirt printers you can rely on.
The application of screen printing and cut vinyl material is traditionally a successful way to cover large areas with printed material. This remains the case but the processes have evolved further and now a huge range of highly technical materials are on offer with enhanced methods of application and a comprehensive range of printing options all designed to produce crisp, accurate representations of your designs.
